1. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included prompts and generated assets for personal and commercial projects, including self-publishing on platforms such as Amazon KDP and print-on-demand marketplaces like Etsy. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw prompt files themselves as a standalone product.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Access to digital files is granted immediately upon successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact ayoubebay1@gmail.com with your order details within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Requests made after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

All Products, including prompt text, layouts, and branding, remain the intellectual property of Halloween Case Files unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of the underlying prompt library.

5. Disclaimer

Halloween Case Files is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon KDP or Etsy, Inc. Results from using our prompts (including sales, rankings, or approval on any platform) are not guaranteed.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
